Carl Grainger is an accountant by training and a charity manager by profession. In an effort to avoid the tag of boring accountant he spices up his life with frequent visits to France to indulge a passion for good food and classic cooking and a second profession as a freelance classical musician. Based in South Wales, he is well known as a choral conductor and harpsichordist.
